About Me

Cooper is a graduate of Western’s Finance program, and interned at the same real estate company Leo worked at. After graduating, Cooper had to make the choice between moving down to Seattle and working for a financial institution, or stay in Bellingham and find work in Whatcom County. By then, Leo had established the CGNW and re-connected with Cooper for his help with tracking sales data. Once that project was done, Leo offered Cooper a spot on the team to be the Director of Finance. A few months after joining the team, Cooper bought his first DLSR camera and since then has changed roles to the Director of Media.

Cooper built out the CGNW social media presence and along with Leo originated the Building Bellingham Podcast. He still builds annual dashboards to track our team’s sales, but he now specializes in crafting custom, professional listing videos to showcase our clients’ homes.

Our Director of Media also designed the team’s filming studio and can be found there most Mondays, setting up lights and checking sound levels to prep for whatever video project is on the production schedule for that week. He’s “the guy with the camera” and is a quiet one, who prefers to stay in the background, but our team’s public presence wouldn’t be the same without him.
