Jay's journey in real estate started when he moved from Taiwan to Bellingham: adapting to a new language and culture was challenging, and it helped him understand the importance of finding a true home and having a sense of belonging. This fuels his passion for helping others settle into Bellingham, a city he's come to love.

Outside of work, he's an active member of the Bellingham community. He loves kayaking in the San Juans and Bellingham Bay and supporting local businesses by choosing their products for closing gifts. At home, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his two rescue cats, Mochi and Boba, and his rescue dog, Miso. He loves gathering with close friends, cooking up something delicious, tending to his indoor plants, and spending quality time with his partner Reena.
