I've been selling homes in Bellingham and Whatcom County for over a decade which has averaged out to 25-30 families a year. What I actually care about is the process before the sale: figuring out what you love before you can name it, catching the problem in a house before it becomes your problem, and still being the person you text three years later when you have exciting seasons of life or you just need a vendor referral.

I'm a PNW kid, born and raised. I know the neighborhoods, I know best contacts when you need them, and I know which contractor actually calls you back. Buying or selling a home is usually the biggest financial decision you'll make, and my job is to make sure it's one you feel good about instead of one you white-knuckle through.

Off the clock you'll find me eating my way through town, spending time with my dogs and family, or hyperfixated on a niche craft. Work with me and you can expect honesty, a little humor, and someone who's actually in your corner.
