Taylor is the Director of Client & Community Outreach for our team. She came from two-years of real estate administrative experience in her former role before joining the company in January of 2021!
Taylor gets her love of communication and public speaking from her time in her junior sorority called Rainbow where she served as the Elected President of her jurisdiction of Washington/Idaho from July 2017 to July 2018 at the ages of 19 & 20. Throughout the year, she worked to increase the marketing program through her “GWA Vlogs” on YouTube, and now volunteers as an adult and alumni; advising on the local level and is one of the head advisors for their Public Relation Team; working with several members ages 14-20 on the direction and vision for WAID Rainbow’s social media content/public relations while teaching them media literacy and communication skills. Her time in Rainbow ultimately led her to pursue marketing/communications-based professions, bringing her to Bellingham Real Estate Co.!
Taylor’s role on the team includes three major venues: Clients, Marketing & Event Coordination. This includes things like sphere maintenance, social media marketing and content creation, running our two community platforms LiveBellinghamNow & What’s Up in Whatcom, as well as coordinating events like our monthly Clean Water Happy Hour, client events and our annual Star Wars Trivia fundraiser for the Max Higbee Center. All three of these areas allow Taylor to connect with amazing people in our community circles throughout Bellingham.
Some of her favorite things include serving on the Events Committee as a Whatcom Young Professionals Advisory Council member, open-close days at Disneyland, watching a Marvel movie for the first time in theaters, getting lost in Village Books or The Comics Place, concert adventures with her two sisters, cosplaying for the next big Comic Con event, and enjoying some local eats and drinks here in town.
