The Clean Water Happy Hour returns on September 26, 2026 at Overflow Taps.

Join us from 1-3pm; your first drink up until the giveaways is covered thanks to awesome local sponsors. Giveaways start around 2:30pm and feature gift cards and items sourced from local businesses.

We've hosted this event more than 60 times in partnership with the good people of Overflow Barkley, and it's still a favorite way to spend some time with both friends and newcomers. It is not a networking event and there are no sales pitches; if you've been looking to meet people in Bellingham, bring your family and come on down!

Why is this called the Clean Water Happy Hour?

For several years, both the Bham RE Co (then Cohen Group NW) and Overflow Taps gave a regular portion of business income to charity:water, an international nonprofit providing sustainable water projects around the world (more than 200,000 completed projects to date). While the Bham RE Co has shifted our giving focus to local charities for most of each year, our Q1 donation still goes to this important work.
